the staff here are quite cute and try their best...so each day they do a different type of folded napkin to decorate the 10 tables, even though there are only 3 of us here...and todays was a shell or snail version that is quite cute...compared to yesterdays which i nicknamed "dead man folded napkin....(to those interested you can find it along with explicit photographic instructions on how to fold either a dead man or a snail , on my picassa album site...won't bother you with it all )
